Quarem Construction and Development provides construction managers and project managers with a comprehensive method of managing both construction and development projects. Whether you are developing retail centers, office buildings, industrial sites, subdivisions or simply performing tenant finish-outs and build-to-suits, Quarem provides users with a specific platform for either process.

Quarem Construction allows the construction manager to lead a tenant finish-out or build-to-suit project independently or within another assignment (e.g. leasing or acquisition assignment). All data, documents, contacts, and comments can be segregated and tracked to facilitate comprehensive CRE process flow and to enhance organization and accountability.

Quarem Development gives the project manger the ability to initiate the entire development process and track each step as the project is completed. Once all of the information and data has been captured and processed, it can then be transferred into other Quarem modules in order to facilitate the flow of the entire project from development through property management. Quarem Construction and Development can be used independently as stand alone modules or as the front-end for the complete CRE process flow.
