Devin Dudley serves as Vice President of Operations & Accounting, leading operational performance and financial oversight across the organization. Devin oversees day-to-day operational execution of the company’s accounting functions, driving efficiency, financial accuracy, and scalable processes that strengthen internal teams and support growth. With a focus on cross-functional alignment, process improvement, and strong reporting and controls, Devin ensures the organization runs smoothly while delivering consistent value.

Devin graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Finance. Since joining Quarem, she has mastered all aspects of the company’s products and services and has played an instrumental role in shaping our Client Services strategy—particularly in the development of Quarem’s Lease Accounting practices. Devin specializes in ASC 842 and IFRS 16 standards, providing high-quality, informed guidance and support to our clients.
