Prior to founding Quarem, John spent 12 years in commercial real estate brokerage with one of the largest full-service commercial real estate firms in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Specializing in office tenant representation and project leasing and sales, he successfully negotiated lease transactions in excess of 3 million square feet and sales of $460 million. John has represented corporate clients on a local, regional, and national basis. He was recognized for production achievement for 10 consecutive years.

He additionally spent three years in corporate management consulting and executive recruiting with Ray & Berndtson, one of the world’s oldest and largest executive search firms. Working within the consumer products industry group, Rice recruited and negotiated employment agreements for top executive positions, including CEO, marketing, sales, human resources, finance, and operations.

Recognized as an industry innovator, John has been a guest speaker and MCE instructor around the country for groups and events such as CCIM, IREM, CREW, RealComm, and CoreNet. He has been featured in Corporate Real Estate Strategies magazine as well as multiple trade-publications and has worked with many of the nation’s top companies to reduce costs and improve the strategic value of their real estate holdings. He has led initiatives within the commercial real estate industry to improve brokerage productivity through the effective use of technology and has consulted with firms such as Crescent Real Estate Equities, TXU Energy, CCIM Institute, PepsiCo, ITRA and Colliers.

John has a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from Texas Christian University. He currently resides in Houston with his wife and their two children.

Devin Dudley serves as Vice President of Operations & Accounting, leading operational performance and financial oversight across the organization. Devin oversees day-to-day operational execution of the company’s accounting functions, driving efficiency, financial accuracy, and scalable processes that strengthen internal teams and support growth. With a focus on cross-functional alignment, process improvement, and strong reporting and controls, Devin ensures the organization runs smoothly while delivering consistent value.

Devin graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Finance. Since joining Quarem, she has mastered all aspects of the company’s products and services and has played an instrumental role in shaping our Client Services strategy—particularly in the development of Quarem’s Lease Accounting practices. Devin specializes in ASC 842 and IFRS 16 standards, providing high-quality, informed guidance and support to our clients.

Rebekah Cornelius is the Director of Client Services at Quarem, where she leads client-facing operations and ensures service delivery aligns with each client’s portfolio strategy and business objectives. Since joining Quarem in 2022, she has progressed through roles in Lease Abstraction, Account Management, and Quality Assurance, building a comprehensive understanding of the client lifecycle and commercial real estate portfolio operations.

Prior to Quarem, Rebekah worked across commercial real estate, financial services, and healthcare organizations, developing expertise in data analysis, process management, and client communications. She is known for her analytical approach, operational leadership, and commitment to delivering high-quality client outcomes.
