My company works with a lease administration firm. Can they abstract my leases and enter the data directly into the software?

You have full control over who abstracts and enters the data into the software, but we highly encourage the use of our abstraction team. It’s the best way to prevent user error and protect the accuracy of your data.

Do you outsource abstraction services to other firms or independent contractors?

We take the abstraction process very seriously and place the absolute highest value on data accuracy and reliability. As such, we don't outsource abstraction to unrelated firms or contractors. We do all abstraction in-house at our office in Houston, and all abstraction is conducted by our own highly-trained lease administrators.
