7 Great CRE Related Accounts to Follow on Twitter

Coy Davidson, The Tenant Advisor

Coy is a fellow Houstonian so of course he’s on the list! What’s great about Coy is that you’ll always have one of his posts waiting for you in your timeline. His steady flow of content includes his personal blog posts, as well as articles related to the real estate market, retail, technology, workspace, and much more. Want more content? No problem! Coy has a second account, Healthcare_CRE, that focuses on healthcare real estate trends.

Casey Flannery

Casey takes a personal approach to Twitter, which provides a great breath of fresh air. It’s easy to hop online and quickly share a link to an interesting article you read, but Casey carefully crafts insightful snippets with everything she shares. Most importantly, she interacts. Her retweets and comments lead the way to other interesting people, both in and outside of CRE. Give her a follow to get great article suggestions, keep up with her business in Memphis, and take part in her weekly #CREChat discussion & podcast.

Dror Poleg

I find Dror Poleg’s Twitter feed to be refreshing. We all enjoy keeping up with all things commercial real estate, but sometimes it’s nice to have a break. Dror provides the perfect mix of content that’ll keep you informed about the industry and expose you to new and interesting ideas. As a former real estate and technology executive, Dror is dedicated to researching and understanding the way technology impacts various aspects of our lives, including the real estate we live and work in. Give him a follow if you like great article suggestions and discussions that’ll get you thinking.

Barbi Reuter

Barbi always makes these lists, and rightfully so, because she’s basically the Queen of CRE. Her Twitter feed provides a solid foundation of knowledge supported by data driven resources. Barbi is also a great source for all things CREW Network related. The content she shares is meaningful and backed by years of leadership experience within the industry. All CRE professionals should add Barbi to their list of people they follow.

Bucky Beeman

In one word, Bucky Beeman is unstoppable! If you’re looking for content that’ll keep you energized and excited about CRE, then Bucky’s Twitter is the one to follow. Something that I appreciate about Bucky is that he utilizes several different mediums to present his content, including videos and podcasts. Follow Bucky for marketing tips, commentary on trending CRE topics, and interviews with industry leaders.

Natalie Wainwright

Natalie is another CRE influencer that takes a personal approach to Twitter. This is an especially great account to follow if you’re a tenant rep broker, tenant, or looking to get into the business, because Natalie often shares stories about projects she’s working on or interactions she has with her clients. She’ll brighten your timeline with her excellent taste in gifs and make you feel like you’re a part of the big happy CRE Twitter family.

DeeDee Shashy

For those that love to keep up with the latest in retail, this one’s for you! Maybe it’s because I like shopping a little too much, but I appreciate the excellent articles DeeDee shares on topics related to big retailers. In between articles, she sprinkles in commentary on subjects ranging from book suggestions to advice about productivity and team relationships in the workplace. Give DeeDee a follow to add some fun food for thought content to your timeline.
