You have full control over who abstracts and enters the data into the software, but we highly encourage the use of our abstracting team. It’s the best way to prevent user error and protect the accuracy of your data.
We take the abstracting process very seriously and place the absolute highest value on data accuracy and reliability. As such, we don't outsource abstracting to unrelated firms or contractors. We do all abstracting in-house at our office in Houston, and all abstracting is conducted by our own highly-trained lease administrators.
