Prior to founding Quarem, John spent 12 years in commercial real estate brokerage with one of the largest full-service commercial real estate firms in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Specializing in office tenant representation and project leasing and sales, he successfully negotiated lease transactions in excess of 3 million square feet and sales of $460 million. John has represented corporate clients on a local, regional, and national basis. He was recognized for production achievement for 10 consecutive years.

He additionally spent three years in corporate management consulting and executive recruiting with Ray & Berndtson, one of the world’s oldest and largest executive search firms. Working within the consumer products industry group, Rice recruited and negotiated employment agreements for top executive positions, including CEO, marketing, sales, human resources, finance, and operations.

Recognized as an industry innovator, John has been a guest speaker and MCE instructor around the country for groups and events such as CCIM, IREM, CREW, RealComm, and CoreNet. He has been featured in Corporate Real Estate Strategies magazine as well as multiple trade-publications and has worked with many of the nation’s top companies to reduce costs and improve the strategic value of their real estate holdings. He has led initiatives within the commercial real estate industry to improve brokerage productivity through the effective use of technology and has consulted with firms such as Crescent Real Estate Equities, TXU Energy, CCIM Institute, PepsiCo, ITRA and Colliers.

John has a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from Texas Christian University. He currently resides in Houston with his wife and their two children.

Guy joined Quarem after two successful decades at Fortune 500 telecom companies, AT&T and CenturyLink. He held several key positions in leadership and sales (both direct and indirect channels) as well as an international assignment at AT&T. Guy brings to Quarem the senior management skills and innovative client programming experience required to lead and expand our progressive technology-services company. He was instrumental in developing our proprietary Quarem Access advisory platform on the passionate premise of being Accessible, Personalized, and Responsive.

Guy is infinitely familiar with collaboration and project management assignments. While at AT&T, he led the initiative that integrated two separate sales forces as a result of the SBC acquisition. Guy managed the integration project using innovative techniques such as developing a cross-training curriculum and increasing the adoption of online collaboration tools. Subsequently, Guy was awarded The Lighthouse Award and received national recognition for his innovative leadership in launching the combined salesforce ahead of schedule.

For our corporate clients, Guy leverages his strong technical aptitude, process acumen, and integrity towards the most important step to any engagement --- matching business requirements to the best mix of technical and advisory solutions.

For brokers and agents who utilize the Quarem platform to enhance the value of their services, Guy serves as a vital resource in helping to align and support Quarem applications to their client’s strategy.

Guy has a BA from Texas Christian University. He currently resides in Houston with his wife and their two children.

Chris Cochran serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Quarem, providing technical leadership over product engineering, security, data privacy, and compliance.

As an over 26-year veteran of the IT industry, Chris has been a pioneer in and developed enterprise expertise with a wide range of technologies. These include: SQL databases, advanced data transformations, and data warehousing; back-end and front-end software development; authentication, access control, and encryption; and building cloud-native services on AWS and Microsoft Azure.

Throughout the exercise of his role Chris retains a strong commitment to delivering maximum quality and value to Quarem customers.

Devin serves as Quarem’s VP of Client Services, overseeing all aspects of both lease abstracting and administration solutions. She pioneered our client services strategy, ensuring quality control and organization. Devin strives to establish valuable relationships with our clients and is an expert source of guidance and support.

Devin graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Finance. She joined Quarem and has since mastered all aspects of our products and services.

As part of our Client Services strategy, Devin has played an instrumental role, particularly in the development of our Lease Accounting practices. She specializes in the ASC 842/IFRS 16 standards, providing quality, and informed support to our clients.
